Doggone Goodies Brand Ambassador Agreement This Agreement is made between Doggone Goodies, referred to as “Company,” and the applicant (“Ambassador”). By signing up, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Role and Expectations As a Brand Ambassador, you agree to: • Promote Doggone Goodies through your social media platforms by sharing posts, photos, and videos of our treats at least [insert frequency, e.g., 2x/month]. • Create original, high-quality content featuring your dog enjoying our products. • Tag @doggonegoodies and use the designated hashtags (e.g., #DoggoneGoodies). • Represent the brand positively and professionally in all content and interactions. 2. Compensation and Perks The Company agrees to provide: • Exclusive discounts on all products. • Freebies and samples to feature in your content. • Opportunities to be featured on our social media and website. • Special rewards for exceptional performance (e.g., additional freebies or commissions). 3. Content Usage Rights You grant Doggone Goodies the right to share and use any content created under this agreement for marketing purposes, including social media, website, and promotional materials. 4. Term and Termination This agreement begins upon acceptance into the Brand Ambassador program and can be terminated by either party with written notice. Failure to meet expectations may result in termination. 5. Eligibility To participate, you must: • Reside in the United States. • Be 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent if under 18. • Own a dog and be an active user of social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). 6. Confidentiality Ambassadors agree not to disclose any non-public information shared by the Company, including discounts and campaign details. 7. Agreement Acknowledgment By signing up, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement and agree to the terms outlined above.
